You will lead high-priority technical programs across the organization and technology stack. You will turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, coordinate cross-functional execution, manage dependencies and risks, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and track measurable outcomes through launch and beyond.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program management experience
• Experience delivering large, ambiguous programs across multiple teams and technical domains
• Strong technical judgment across infrastructure, AI systems, developer tooling, and customer-facing applications
• Ability to read system designs critically and evaluate technical tradeoffs
• Ability to influence senior engineering stakeholders without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience building durable review forums, metrics, and operating cadences
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of critical company programs
• Define program outcomes, scope, owners, milestones, and success metrics
• Lead programs across AI infrastructure, developer productivity, and customer-facing products
• Coordinate capacity planning, model failover readiness, and model experiments
• Improve AI coding agent adoption, test coverage, reliability, and CI/CD processes
• Coordinate cross-functional product launches and launch readiness
• Surface risks, resolve ownership gaps, and sequence dependencies across teams
• Build operating cadences and track program-specific metrics
• Translate complex technical issues into clear decisions and escalate risks
