About the Role

Own infrastructure deployment programs for new sites, site expansions, and modular data centers. Define deployment frameworks, commissioning gates, firmware and software targets, and responsibility matrices; manage cross-SKU dependencies; provide executive updates; govern cross-organizational dependencies; coach junior TPMs; and integrate AI tools into program execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager.
  • Experience owning infrastructure deployment programs end-to-end.
  • Experience at a hyperscaler, GPU cloud provider, or AI infrastructure company.
  • Fluency with GPU architecture, firmware lifecycle, compute orchestration, SDN, storage, networking, and observability.
  • Direct NVIDIA or OEM certification and validation experience.
  • Experience defining deployment engagement models.
  • Experience driving alignment at VP/SVP level without formal authority.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Daily use of AI tools for program outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own infrastructure deployment for new sites and site expansions end-to-end.
  • Define firmware targets, DOCA targets, commissioning gates, and DRI matrices.
  • Manage cross-SKU dependencies across production and capacity expansion programs.
  • Maintain real-time execution dashboards.
  • Deliver data-driven executive updates.
  • Govern cross-organizational dependencies.
  • Coach junior TPMs.
  • Drive AI tool integration across programs.
