About the Role
You will plan, design, implement, test, and document low-level kernel drivers and user-space driver libraries. You will use C, C++, and Python, participate in agile development, collaborate with software and hardware engineers, and work closely with hardware and silicon teams during product development.
Requirements
- Industry software development experience with C, C++, or Python
- OS kernel and device driver development experience
- Linux or Windows experience
- Understanding of low-level software and hardware interactions
- Debugging and performance analysis experience
- Experience with PCIe, CPU, device drivers, SoC, firmware, or hardware/software integration
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and document OS kernel and device driver software
- Participate in agile development
- Contribute to technical discussions
- Work with software and hardware engineers, architects, and stakeholders
- Support product development with hardware and silicon engineering teams
