About the Role
Design, build, and deploy scalable security infrastructure and automation platforms, including identity and secrets management systems, Kubernetes services, security telemetry pipelines, metrics engines, CI/CD controls, and distributed systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of production-grade programming experience in Go or Rust.
- 4+ years deploying, securing, and managing applications at scale on Kubernetes and public cloud environments.
- Experience designing high-QPS, fault-tolerant, mission-critical distributed systems.
- Experience with GCP or AWS.
- Deep familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code tooling.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, access controls, data retention, and secure integrations.
- Expertise in distributed systems and infrastructure automation.
- Deep operational experience managing Kubernetes at scale.
- Production experience with HashiCorp Vault and SPIFFE/SPIRE.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable distributed security systems.
- Translate business and regulatory needs into automated technical solutions.
- Develop security telemetry integrations and data pipelines.
- Architect metrics engines, dashboards, and analytics pipelines.
- Provide technical direction, mentorship, and architectural oversight.
- Integrate automated security checks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Architect and manage PKI, SPIFFE/SPIRE, and HashiCorp Vault services.
- Engineer secure, high-throughput systems using Linux and Kubernetes.
