About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain AI platform infrastructure for healthcare workflows. You will architect major product features, improve observability, reliability, and scalability, prevent bottlenecks, lead high-value initiatives, and maintain high code-quality standards through the full delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience building and scaling production systems
- Experience with distributed systems and production SLAs
- Experience with AWS or GCP
- Experience with Docker, Kafka, and Postgres
- Experience mentoring engineers while remaining hands-on
- Experience owning end-to-end technical execution
- Ability to work in the San Francisco office three times per week
Responsibilities
- Design and architect AI-enabled product features
- Invest in platform observability, reliability, and scalability
- Anticipate bottlenecks and re-architect system components
- Lead high-strategic-value product initiatives
- Maintain high code-quality standards and improve engineering processes
- Own technical initiatives from system design through deployment
