About the Role
You will write code daily while shaping technical strategy and architecture across teams. You will design enterprise-scale systems, lead design reviews, refactor key systems, balance speed with resilience and cost, and advise leadership on engineering capacity and customer needs.
Requirements
- Typically 10–12+ years of technical leadership experience
- Track record of organization-level or industry-level impact
- Deep experience with enterprise-scale systems
- Experience leading multi-team architecture
- Ability to work at strategic and technical-detail levels
- Experience working in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
