About the Role
You will set the technical direction and roadmap for developer toolchains, environments, workflows, and CI/CD. You will manage accelerator toolchains, build validation and development infrastructure, measure engineering productivity, remove workflow bottlenecks, and mentor engineers through technical collaboration.

Responsibilities

- Own accelerator toolchain management
- Design and build accelerator development infrastructure

- Identify and eliminate engineering bottlenecks and toil
- Align developer productivity initiatives across organizational boundaries
- Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and collaboration
