About the Role

You will build and operate a governance, risk, and compliance platform. You will create data pipelines and integrations, translate policies into automated controls, deploy agentic workflows, develop dashboards, make architectural decisions, and ensure system reliability and data integrity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building backend systems, data pipelines, or internal platforms.
• Systems-thinking skills for data flows and system integrations.
• Integration engineering or data infrastructure expertise, with fluency in both areas.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Production experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience building reliable automated systems from ambiguous manual processes.
• Ability to own work from design through operations.
• Product-focused platform engineering experience.
• Experience designing reliable LLM-based agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build data pipelines that aggregate risk, control, and asset information.
• Build and maintain integrations for automated evidence collection and continuous validation.
• Translate policies and regulatory requirements into policy-as-code.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows for evidence analysis, audit responses, and control monitoring.
• Develop real-time risk and compliance dashboards and reporting.
• Make architectural decisions and establish engineering patterns and tooling.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to embed controls and evidence collection into engineering workflows.
• Operate systems and own their reliability and data integrity.
