About the Role

You will own the test strategy for next-generation device drivers and platform tools. You will design, build, execute and report component, system and acceptance tests; debug issues across hardware and software layers; guide test infrastructure; validate Linux kernels, drivers and libraries; mentor engineers; document complex concepts; and drive reliability and production quality.

Requirements

• Deep experience validating Linux kernels, device drivers, or similar systems software
• Strong C++ and Python test development skills
• Experience with CI/CD, build tools, and automated testing practices
• Ability to debug issues across hardware, firmware, drivers, and upper software layers
• Ownership of technical work, priorities, and delivery in an agile engineering setting
• Communication skills, including documenting and explaining complex technical concepts
• Legal right to work in Poland

Responsibilities

• Own the test strategy for next-generation drivers

• Validate kernel drivers, user-space libraries, and platform tools
