About the Role
You will join a product team based on your experience and organizational needs. You will shape user-facing AI products, partner with engineering product design and research leaders, own quality across the stack, establish standards and architectures, and deliver scalable products for consumer, enterprise, or public-sector users.
Requirements
- 8+ years of practical full-stack engineering experience
- 2+ years operating at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level
- Experience delivering complex consumer or B2B user-facing full-stack products
- Modern frontend and backend development expertise
- React expertise
- TypeScript expertise
- Product-focused development approach
- Experience building products from 0 to 1
- Experience establishing engineering standards component architectures and development practices
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education training and experience
Responsibilities
- Build current or emerging full-stack products
- Partner with engineering product design and research leaders on model capabilities and user experiences
- Own technical quality across performance accessibility reliability and developer experience
- Scale products for millions of users
- Establish engineering standards component architectures and development practices
