About the Role
You will own motion-planning features from design through integration for autonomous trucks. You will frame vehicle behaviors, negotiate system interfaces, develop high-performance C++ and Python software, validate modules through testing and simulation, and collaborate on robust autonomous-driving solutions.
Requirements
- Strong C++ and Python skills in resource-constrained environments
- Experience developing code for real-world robotics or semi-autonomous platforms
- Ability to work across the decision-making stack
- Written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver motion-planning features from design through integration
- Shape long-term architecture and roadmap while delivering features on time
- Work with systems engineers to deliver safe, well-tested products
- Write clean, maintainable, high-performance software using modern C++ and Python
- Collaborate with autonomy teams to design and deploy robust autonomous-driving solutions
- Validate motion-planning modules through unit testing, simulation, and log simulation
- Participate in design and iteration exercises and align stakeholders
