About the Role
You will build and operate systems for durable agent sessions, storage, sandbox orchestration, streaming, scheduling, and isolation. You will evolve agent harnesses and evaluations, ship agent-platform capabilities, design stable APIs and SDKs, and own work from design through on-call operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of backend, distributed systems, or infrastructure engineering experience
- Experience building and operating stateful, long-running, or high-throughput production systems
- Knowledge of durability, consistency, failure modes, and cost
- Strong API design and product sense
- Experience owning work through design, deployment, operations, and on-call
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
- Relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Responsibilities
- Design and operate durable session, event storage, sandbox orchestration, streaming, scheduling, and multi-tenant isolation systems
- Build evaluation infrastructure for agent harness quality
- Ship agent capabilities including outcome-driven execution, orchestration, memory, observability, and tracing
- Design stable APIs, SDKs, and CLI interfaces
- Own systems from design through deployment, operations, and on-call support
