About the Role
You will build the design canvas, real-time editing, comments, and live adjustment controls. You will set direction for complex frontend architecture, collaborate with research, design, and users, run product experiments, improve performance and reliability, and strengthen the handoff from designs to production code.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-stack application development experience with deep frontend strength
- Experience setting technical direction and mentoring engineers
- Strong design sensibility and interaction design craft
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go, client-side state, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies
- Experience validating ideas with users
- Ability to communicate complex AI capabilities through intuitive experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
- Relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Responsibilities
- Build and ship design canvas, real-time editing, inline comments, and live adjustment controls
- Turn vision and generation capabilities into intuitive design experiences
- Gather feedback from designers, test users, and external partners
- Set technical direction for editor, canvas, collaboration, import/export, and performance challenges
- Design and run product and generation-quality experiments
- Maintain a high bar for product quality, latency, responsiveness, and reliability
- Improve the handoff from designs to production code
- Shape the roadmap, make architecture decisions, and mentor engineers
