About the Role

You will create transparent interfaces for generative-AI agents managing complex workflows. You will lead hands-on full-stack development, build scalable AI features, support onboarding and sharing, and shape end-to-end AI product strategy. You will work across product, design, and engineering to deliver user-centric experiences.

Requirements

10+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Product mindset and ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into MVPs
Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or Ember
10+ years of experience with server-side web technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, or Go
Experience building and shipping end-to-end generative AI products
Deep familiarity with LLMs and generative AI
Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, evaluation, and production AI quality and safety monitoring

Responsibilities

Create interfaces for generative-AI agents that manage complex workflows
Build intuitive, scalable, and extensible full-stack solutions
Lead hands-on full-stack software development
Build onboarding and sharing capabilities that support product-led growth
Define and drive end-to-end AI feature development
Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and performant systems
