About the Role
You will build high-throughput backend services and systems that improve the Agent experience. You will create collaborative interfaces for people and AI agents, develop full-stack infrastructure for product engineers, and lead end-to-end technical efforts.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience building backend services, systems, and platforms
- Experience shipping incrementally with simplicity and pragmatism
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to collaborate with shared ownership
Responsibilities
- Build high-throughput backend applications and services for streaming chat
- Design collaborative systems for humans and AI agents to share shells, filesystems, and state in real time
- Develop frontend and backend infrastructure that enables rapid product development
- Design and build interfaces between the Agent, internal systems, and external agentic systems
- Lead end-to-end engineering efforts
