About the Role
You will design and build the distributed systems that govern agent behavior in production. You will own execution frameworks, model orchestration, routing and tool-control logic, diagnose production failures, run experiments, and improve latency, reliability, safety, observability, and evaluation systems.
Requirements
- Experience building distributed systems or backend platforms in production
- Experience owning systems from design through production and iteration
- Familiarity with experimentation, evaluation, or data-driven improvement
- Experience improving reliability, performance, and observability
- Ability to debug complex systems and identify root causes
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve agent harnesses for product experiences
- Build runtime systems for AOP execution and multi-model orchestration
- Develop control-plane logic for routing, planning, and tool invocation
- Optimize agent systems for latency, reliability, and production correctness
- Analyze failures and drive iterative improvements using data
- Build and operate online experiments and contribute to offline evaluation
- Improve observability, testing, and simulation systems
- Contribute to voice and real-time systems
- Adapt orchestration systems as model capabilities evolve
