About the Role
You will design observability systems, define reliability standards, lead incident response, and create preventive measures. You will automate infrastructure and CI/CD, optimize Kubernetes deployments, debug distributed systems, review designs, mentor engineers, and write well-tested Python or Go tools and integrations.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards, and metrics
- Define, implement, and track SLOs and SLIs
- Lead incident response and blameless postmortems
- Develop runbooks and automation to reduce recovery time
- Architect infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines
- Create self-healing systems
- Optimize Kubernetes, Docker, and GCP deployments
- Debug and harden distributed systems
- Review designs for reliability, scalability, security, and operational integrity
- Educate and mentor engineers on reliability
- Write well-tested Python or Go code and integrate third-party vendors
