About the Role
You will design, deliver, review, deploy, and maintain cloud-hosted production infrastructure and services. You will improve automated CI/CD pipelines, build resilient and observable cloud and security technologies, evaluate technologies, plan improvements, share expertise, and participate in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Experience in scalable, distributed systems architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms, ideally GCP.
- Experience programming with Go.
- Experience with Kubernetes orchestration and Docker containerization.
- Experience defining and implementing automated service deployments.
- Understanding of deployment automation best practices.
- Experience using Git in a team environment.
- Computer science degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver solutions for cloud-hosted production infrastructure.
- Review and provide feedback on solutions delivered by other engineers.
- Develop and deploy enterprise software using optimized and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Design, build, and support resilient, observable, and cost-optimized cloud infrastructure and security technologies.
- Communicate expertise to different audiences and support others' development.
- Participate in work planning and identify improvements.
- Evaluate and select technologies.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to maintain cloud solutions.
