About the Role
You will manage the full lifecycle of enterprise hybrid-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Alibaba Cloud. You will lead cloud architecture and operations, monitoring, incident response, cost optimization, security and compliance, access control, resource management, cross-team cloud solutions, and operational knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Mastery of core compute, storage, networking, and security services on AWS or Alibaba Cloud
- Familiarity with the other major cloud platform
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows operations
- Experience with Shell, Python, and Ansible
- Hands-on containerized operations experience with Kubernetes, EKS, or ACK
- 5+ years of operations experience
- At least 3 years of public-cloud experience managing 100+ instances
- Experience with cloud platform construction, hybrid-cloud architecture, or large-scale migration is preferred
- Team management and communication skills
- AWS SysOps Administrator or Alibaba Cloud ACP or ACE certification is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, network engineering, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Plan, deploy, monitor, and maintain AWS and Alibaba Cloud services
- Design highly available and auto-scaling cloud architectures
- Optimize network, storage, and compute configurations
- Implement full-stack monitoring and alerting
- Lead critical incident response and root-cause analysis
- Reduce cloud costs through reservations, auto-scaling, and storage lifecycle policies
- Establish resource quota management strategies
- Implement cloud security baselines and conduct security audits
- Design granular AWS IAM and Alibaba Cloud RAM access controls
- Enforce database auditing
- Collaborate with development teams on cloud-native solutions
- Document operational procedures
