About the Role
You will lead complex production investigations from root-cause analysis through verified corrective action. You will facilitate blameless RCA reviews, communicate with customers and senior stakeholders, analyze incident trends, automate improvements, and mentor teammates on reliability and RCA standards.
Requirements
- 8 years supporting complex production environments
- 5 years leading technical RCA, post-incident reviews, or ITIL Problem Management
- Troubleshooting and data-analysis experience across distributed systems and infrastructure
- Customer interaction and executive communication experience
- Ability to manage parallel high-priority investigations
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Lead root-cause analysis investigations for complex production incidents
- Chair blameless RCA reviews aligned with ITIL Problem Management
- Serve as the customer-facing technical lead for RCA discussions and deliverables
- Analyze logs, telemetry, and incident trends to identify recurring failures
- Present findings, risks, and recommendations to leadership and customers
- Drive continuous service improvement through automation, tooling, and reporting
- Mentor teammates and raise RCA quality standards
