About the Role
You will design, build, and operate feedback interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data pipelines for human-feedback collection. You will partner with researchers to launch collection campaigns, improve reliability and latency, provide data-quality visibility, and remove bottlenecks that delay training data.
Requirements
- Production full-stack experience with TypeScript, React, and Python
- Experience designing and operating backend services and data pipelines
- Experience owning projects from ambiguous briefs through production delivery
- Ability to work directly with changing technical stakeholder needs
- Effective use of AI tools in day-to-day work
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate feedback and data-collection interfaces
- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and pipelines for structured training feedback
- Own system reliability, latency, and usability
- Translate researcher data needs into collection campaigns and tooling
- Build dashboards, monitoring, and inspection tools for data quality and throughput
- Remove bottlenecks between requested data and training availability
