About the Role
You will design, build, and operate web applications, APIs, backend services, and data models that support model-development workflows. You will own features from user discovery through deployment and production support, improve security and reliability, lead design decisions, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Experience designing, building, and operating production full-stack web applications
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, Flask, FastAPI, or comparable technologies
- Understanding of system design, API design, data modeling, asynchronous workflows, automated testing, and distributed systems
- Experience delivering features from technical design through production operation
- Technical leadership and mentorship experience
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver applications for model-development workflows
- Build and operate production web applications, APIs, and backend services
- Apply security, testing, observability, and performance practices
- Lead the design of significant features and services
- Contribute to architectural direction and reusable design patterns
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Partner with product, research, operations, design, and engineering stakeholders
