About the Role
You will lead quality initiatives throughout the product lifecycle, from early design and new product introduction through production. You will maintain AS9100-aligned quality systems, investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, develop control plans and inspection strategies, and use manufacturing data to improve quality. You will also mentor colleagues and influence cross-functional quality decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering
- Root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action experience
- Knowledge of AS9100 or similar quality systems and standards
- New product introduction and manufacturing production-scaling experience
- Statistical analysis and process control proficiency
- Ability to influence engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams cross-functionally
