About the Role

You will assist the CTO in driving the success and expansion of the Huntress SIEM product built for Small Enterprise and SMB partners. You will work closely with company founders, product leaders, engineering leaders, support, sales, and marketing teams. You will analyze market trends and competitors to drive strategy, pricing, and the roadmap, turn ambiguous client needs into innovative solutions, and create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories with designers, engineers, and architects. You will prioritize features, contribute to all phases of product development from discovery to launch, manage the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, and drive product launches with marketing. You will gather customer feedback throughout the product development lifecycle, translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders, produce mockups and prototypes with design and engineering, drive user experience testing, and provide product metrics such as conversion rate, churn rate, and monthly recurring revenue to evaluate the product strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a product management role with past responsibility for SIEM products; bonus for SOAR products
  • Demonstrated success driving longer-term vision and strategy that resulted in outperformance
  • Experience leading product innovation, feature ideation, delivery, and launch
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering products utilizing artificial intelligence tools and technologies, such as Claude or similar
  • Experience working in an agile development environment using agile development tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create epics and stories for engineering
  • Experience with products delivered from AWS or other cloud environments
  • Strong creative and critical thinking abilities
  • Experience building products for the SMB is a significant benefit

Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting the SIEM product vision and strategy and articulate the business value
  • Analyze market trends and perform competitor analysis and research to drive strategy, pricing, and the product roadmap
  • Decipher and articulate ambiguous client needs and mold them into innovative solutions
  • Create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories with designers, engineers, and architects
  • Prioritize features based on product strategy alignment and unmet market needs
  • Participate as a key contributor in all phases of product development from discovery to launch
  • Drive and manage the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy with marketing, sales, and executive leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing and stakeholders to execute product launches
  • Derive feedback and insights from customers throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Serve as intermediary between engineering and non-technical stakeholders
  • Produce mockups, wireframes, and prototypes with design and engineering teams
  • Manage user experience testing and gain insights into platform usage
  • Provide product metrics including conversion rate, churn rate, and monthly recurring revenue
