About the Role
You will lead the programmable account-to-account payments area with Direct Debit as the primary focus. You will own product strategy, customer proposition, go-to-market execution, market expansion, and implementation quality; grow Direct Debit volume; define positioning and pricing inputs; create implementation-ready plans; improve payment exception workflows; and use customer, transaction, and operational data to drive product improvements.

Responsibilities
- Own the ICP, positioning, pricing inputs, go-to-market strategy, customer narrative, competitive intelligence, and growth plan
- Partner with customers, Sales, Solutions, Account Management, and Product Marketing to drive adoption
- Translate customer and product data into growth initiatives
- Work across APIs, orchestration services, partner integrations, transaction states, compliance, reconciliation, and settlement
- Create implementation-ready product plans, testing strategies, launch plans, and technical artifacts
- Improve workflows for failed payments, returns, settlement delays, mandate issues, reconciliation gaps, compliance reviews, and exceptions
- Identify opportunities for automation and product improvement
- Grow Direct Debit volume across existing and new customers
- Expand network coverage and accelerate integrations
- Launch revenue-generating products for third-party collections and treasury-first money movement
