You will lead engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and operators to deeply understand customer needs; establish product vision and priorities; collaborate with legal, compliance, operations, finance, and customer success to build products the right way; and drive execution from concept through launch while defining success metrics and iterating on results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of product management experience building consumer products
- Product and business sense
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- High standards and strong work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and customer impact
- Fintech experience preferred
