About the Role
You will own customer-facing trust features and their underlying systems, including account security controls, verified support experiences, beneficiary planning, account management, KYC/B, transaction limits, and account restrictions. You will identify fraud vectors, partner with Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Data, define and prioritize a roadmap, own fraud KPIs, establish success metrics, and support cross-functional delivery.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years on trust or fraud-related teams
- Experience working with designers and user researchers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and interest in Bitcoin and fintech is a plus
Responsibilities
- Serve as the voice of the customer and understand product fraud vectors and blind spots
- Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Data to understand needs
- Define, prioritize, and deliver a roadmap for financial risk management and fraud strategy
- Own fraud KPIs and refine their definitions with Data and Finance
- Establish and track feature, initiative, and operational-efficiency success metrics
- Support and motivate cross-functional teams through an inclusive and collaborative mindset
