About the Role
You will own and evolve the Card Issuance product roadmap, lead discovery through launch and iteration, and identify opportunities in stablecoin settlement, AI-powered card controls, and embedded finance. You will write product requirements and API specifications, drive integrations with card schemes and processors, define settlement flows, engage strategic B2B clients, monitor product KPIs, and use data and AI tools to improve product decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience
- At least 3 years in card issuance, card processing, or an adjacent payments domain
- Card scheme protocols including Visa or Mastercard
- Transaction lifecycles including authorization, clearing, settlement, and chargebacks

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Card Issuance product roadmap
- Identify market opportunities in stablecoin settlement, AI-powered card controls, and embedded finance
- Conduct competitive analysis and customer research
- Write product requirements, API specifications, and user stories
- Drive integrations with card schemes, issuer processors, and digital wallet providers
- Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tooling into card operations workflows
- Define stablecoin-to-card settlement flows
- Act as the primary product interface for strategic B2B clients
- Collaborate with Regulatory, Compliance, and Risk teams
- Partner with Programme Management, Solution Engineering, and Sales
- Define and monitor card product KPIs
- Champion data instrumentation across card features
- Use AI tools to generate insights and improve product decision-making
