About the Role

You will drive design direction across complex and ambiguous product areas, turning unclear problem spaces into clear solutions from concept to execution. You will partner with Product and Engineering leadership to influence roadmap decisions, deliver experiences that improve activation and retention, evolve scalable design systems, set high standards for craft, and mentor other designers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience designing and shipping high-quality consumer products
  • Proven track record of leading complex, ambiguous initiatives with measurable impact
  • Strong product thinking balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Experience influencing product direction and aligning teams without direct authority
  • Ability to operate at multiple levels from systems and strategy to detailed execution
  • Deep understanding of scalable design systems and patterns
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills across disciplines and levels
  • Comfortable working in tools like Figma and prototyping interactions
  • Passion for Bitcoin, financial empowerment, and the future of money

Responsibilities

  • Operate across teams and product areas to ensure cohesive product experiences
  • Evolve and maintain scalable design systems and patterns
  • Set standards for design craft and execution
  • Mentor and coach designers to multiply the team’s impact
