About the Role

You'll play a critical role in defining and delivering user-first solutions across mobile, desktop and web platforms. You'll collaborate closely with product, research, and engineering partners to translate strategy into thoughtful, high-quality experiences, bringing clarity and trust to AI-powered products while ensuring every touchpoint is cohesive, accessible, and human-centered.

Requirements

• Track record of designing and shipping mobile-first B2C products at scale, ideally in industries like security, fintech, health, or adjacent spaces
• Strategic mindset with a keen sense of how design drives user value and business growth
• Mastery of end-to-end product design: UX research, interaction, visual design, and systems thinking
• A clear, compelling portfolio that demonstrates design process and product impact
• Deep user empathy and a belief in data-informed design decisions
• Comfortable operating across time zones and cultures; experience with distributed teams is a plus
• Experience designing for or alongside AI-driven features such as personalization, recommendations, or automation is a strong plus
• Experience in cybersecurity or financial services is helpful
