About the Role
You will lead the design direction for major product initiatives, from early problem framing through shipping. You will own product surfaces end to end, partner with engineering, product, and research, and evolve design patterns and principles. You will prototype, validate designs with users, deliver production-ready work using AI-assisted tools, and provide critique that improves design thinking and execution. You will resolve complex cross-functional problems and apply AI, machine learning, and conversational interfaces in useful ways.
Requirements
- 7+ years of UX or product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft, attention to detail, and strategic impact
- Strong UX judgment across flows, states, edge cases, and systems thinking
- Track record of leading complex cross-functional projects from concept to launch with minimal oversight
- Ability or willingness to bring designs to life with AI-assisted tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence product direction
- Updated design portfolio included on the resume
