About the Role

You will own product design work from problem definition through launch and iteration. You will partner with product managers and engineers to explore solution spaces, validate concepts with customers, and ship improvements tied to key metrics. You will use LLMs such as Claude and ChatGPT to clarify intent, draft short PRDs, identify risks and edge cases, and align on approaches. You will prototype flows and simple interfaces with Cursor and Claude Code, then translate validated concepts into Figma for complete state coverage, design-system alignment, and production readiness. You will conduct self-serve customer research, refine direction based on findings, design simple default experiences that handle complexity, and contribute prompts, patterns, critiques, and learnings.
