Build and scale fast, reliable product systems across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Own features from architecture through production, design scalable services and APIs, collaborate with ML, design, and product teams, drive the development lifecycle, and help shape technical direction and product strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing, building, and shipping production products at senior engineering levels.
- Deep full-stack experience or strong backend expertise.
- Fluency with React and TypeScript and/or Golang and Rust.
- Understanding of systems design, performance tradeoffs, and scalable architecture for products serving millions of users.
- Strong product sense and sound technical decision-making.
- Ability to own systems end-to-end, including deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive organisational clarity.

- Implement and maintain frontend, backend, and infrastructure features.
- Own features from architecture through production.
- Design and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with machine learning, design, and product teams.
- Drive technical planning, production launch, and post-release iteration.
- Contribute to technical direction, engineering culture, and product strategy.
