About the Role
You will design, build, and operate scalable platform infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. You will create infrastructure-as-code modules, developer tooling, CI/CD capabilities, deployment patterns, automation, observability, and embedded security controls for engineering systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of platform engineering, DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or site reliability engineering experience
- Experience designing, building, and operating cloud or hybrid infrastructure platforms
- Expertise with infrastructure as code and automation frameworks such as Terraform or Ansible
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, developer platform tooling, and automated deployment workflows
- Systems engineering experience with Linux, distributed systems, and infrastructure automation
- Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience owning complex platform initiatives and collaborating across engineering and infrastructure teams

- Build and evolve internal platform infrastructure across cloud, private cloud, and on-premise environments
- Design standardized, secure, repeatable application deployment capabilities
- Develop infrastructure-as-code frameworks and reusable platform modules
- Establish secure software-delivery platform patterns
- Build automation and developer tooling
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, artifact management, and developer platform tooling
- Improve observability, resilience, and reliability
- Design, implement, and operate highly available infrastructure platforms
- Implement compute, networking, identity, and storage solutions
- Embed security controls, auditability, and compliance requirements into platform architecture
