About the Role

Design and implement a secure AI platform connecting agentic tools and runtimes to core services. Define authentication, authorization, tiered autonomy, verifiable state, revert mechanisms, and agentic workflows while balancing automation with human oversight.

Requirements

• Full-stack systems experience with distributed cloud-native infrastructure
• Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes, including Helm and ArgoCD
• Experience building and operating AI platforms and LLM tooling
• Experience with MCP, RAG, function-calling, and evaluation patterns
• Knowledge of zero-trust security, least-privilege access, and secrets management
• Strong communication, collaboration, influencing, and architectural decision-making skills
• Ability to operate autonomously, take ownership, and drive initiatives to completion

• Drive AI strategy and align teams around the vision
• Build a unified internal AI platform connecting agentic tools to core platforms
• Create IDE agents and develop secure agentic workflows
• Build an enterprise knowledge base for agentic reasoning
• Define tiered autonomy with verifiable state and revert mechanisms
• Design authentication, authorization, and human-in-the-loop safeguards
• Embed with teams to unblock workflows and promote AI-native practices
