About the Role

You'll work directly with customers and partners to successfully onboard, partner with, and implement Ripple's solutions. You'll partner closely with Ripple's Product and Engineering teams to bring new products and features to market, collecting, refining, and prioritizing customer requirements along the way. You'll serve as the functional and technical specialist responsible for achieving the business objectives of customers, partners, and Ripple alike. You'll drive the design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions, breaking project objectives down into manageable tasks and guiding internal and external resources through execution. You'll own the entire delivery life cycle, from training and meetings to testing configurations and launch support, helping customers and partners get the maximum benefit from their implementation. Expect to travel to customer and partner locations (20-30%) when work-related travel resumes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of IT/software experience
  • Experience working in software solutions and delivery with major global organizations and industry groups
  • Ability to enable real-world global use cases with new technologies and innovative thinking
  • Strong understanding of network principles and design, with appreciation of financial services networks
  • Understanding of market dynamics, challenges, and technological advancements surrounding Ripple and its customers and partners
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Experience driving customer or partner software integration engagements as the go-to person
  • Proactive ability to enthuse and lead others
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues at network, database, and application levels
  • Prior experience with institutional crypto custody solutions is a significant advantage
  • Hands-on software development experience, ideally writing production-grade code
