About the Role
Own and evolve a full-stack, cloud-native Azure platform that delivers financial clarity to businesses from SMEs to Fortune 500 enterprises. Lead technical direction, continuous improvement, engineering quality, reliability, and bank connector configuration in a you-build-it-you-run-it environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience, with at least 8 years of application development experience.
- Expertise in application development best practices, cloud architecture, deployment, and distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in ASP.NET/Core and C#, Microsoft SQL Server, and Visual Studio.
- Extensive Azure experience, including CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience building web applications with Angular and TypeScript, plus TDD, BDD, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Proven mentoring and cross-team influence.
- Highly analytical, data-driven, quality-focused, and customer-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional global agile teams.
- Advanced technical troubleshooting skills and solid Windows operating system knowledge; financial industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop, estimate, and deliver full-stack features across front-end, server-side, and database tiers.
- Architect scalable and resilient cloud-native solutions on Azure.
- Own delivery pipelines and feature flags to improve integration and deployment.
- Lead unit, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Maintain reliability across development, test, and production environments using observability and logging.
- Mentor engineers, lead technical design and code reviews, and engage with the broader technology community.
- Improve team operations, processes, methodologies, and technology choices.
- Ensure work meets quality, operational, and architectural standards.
- Facilitate no/low-code bank connector configuration with financial institutions.
- Participate in the on-call pager rotation under the you-build-it-you-run-it model.
