About the Role

You will validate machine learning systems across models frameworks and execution environments. You will run open source models build benchmarking pipelines create targeted tests and investigate correctness regressions numerical behavior and performance limits. You will use Linux and Python to analyze results and help ensure AI systems run reliably.

Requirements

• Strong experience in machine learning or ML-adjacent software engineering roles
• Understanding of neural networks training inference numerical precision and performance trade-offs
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch TensorFlow JAX Triton or similar ML frameworks and tools
• Strong Python skills for automation experimentation benchmarking and reporting
• Experience designing running and analysing ML benchmarks or model experiments
• Confident Linux debugging skills

Responsibilities

• Run open source ML models across frameworks and execution environments
• Build automated benchmarking pipelines and reports
• Create targeted tests for numerical precision quantisation attention mechanisms distributed execution and model subgraphs
• Design run and analyse ML benchmarks and model experiments
• Debug Linux systems and investigate model behavior and performance
• Validate system correctness and identify regressions and performance limits
