About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead fleet data analysis strategy
- Improve pipelines that produce engineering metrics and reports
- Conduct fleet-wide studies of quality, performance, reliability, and operations
- Analyze sensor, navigation, communications, and aircraft subsystem performance
- Standardize analysis methods across tools and workflows
- Define analysis, validation, reproducibility, and documentation practices
- Build automated Python metric workflows
- Partner on infrastructure for analysis pipelines and dashboards
- Define aircraft performance and product-health metrics
- Support anomaly investigations, root-cause analysis, and release readiness
- Mentor engineers on data analysis practices
