About the Role
You will maintain and advance AvalancheGo as the technical anchor for the node domain. You will design critical distributed systems, set engineering and observability standards, improve release quality, coordinate upgrades, review network-critical code, contribute to protocol direction, mentor engineers, support open-source contributors, and participate in reviews, on-call work, migrations, and documentation.
