About the Role
You will operate building management and controls systems for live data centers. You will manage real-time load and thermal control, write operating procedures and alarm-response runbooks, diagnose controls faults, and tune sequences and setpoints to meet efficiency and reliability targets.
Requirements
- Experience operating controls for live mission-critical, data center, industrial, or power facilities
- Knowledge of BMS, SCADA, and EPMS platforms
- Experience writing operating procedures and alarm-response runbooks
- Experience resolving live controls faults
- Ability to tune control sequences and setpoints
Responsibilities
- Run BMS, SCADA, and EPMS systems for live data centers
- Manage real-time load and thermal control across sites
- Write operating procedures, alarm-response runbooks, and control sequences
- Diagnose and resolve controls faults on the data center floor
- Tune control sequences and setpoints to meet PUE and reliability targets
