About the Role

You will develop and deploy PCB assembly test solutions across a manufacturing network. You will lead flying probe and ICT test development, support manufacturing partners, deploy test platforms from new product introduction through mass production, identify defects, improve test coverage, resolve production issues, and drive yield and quality improvements.

Requirements

Experience developing and maintaining PCB assembly test solutions
Experience with Teradyne, Keysight, TRI, or SPEA
Understanding of SMT and PCB manufacturing processes
Understanding of failure mechanisms and test coverage principles
Ability to debug issues across design, test, and manufacturing environments
Experience working with manufacturing partners
Experience supporting production test operations
Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, SMUs, and power supplies
Problem-solving
Yield improvement
