About the Role
You will develop and deploy PCB assembly test solutions from new product introduction through mass production. You will improve test coverage and yield, identify defects, resolve production issues, support manufacturing partners, and lead flying probe and ICT test platform deployment.
Requirements
- Experience developing and maintaining PCB assembly test solutions using Teradyne, Keysight, TRI, or SPEA platforms
- Understanding of SMT and PCB manufacturing processes, failure mechanisms, and test coverage principles
- Ability to debug complex design, test, and manufacturing issues
- Experience supporting manufacturing partners and production test operations
- Experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, SMUs, and power supplies
- Yield improvement and continuous improvement skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy PCB assembly test solutions across the manufacturing network
- Identify defects early and improve test coverage
