About the Role
You will support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities across global accounting areas. You will prepare journal entries and supporting documentation, reconcile accounts, analyze fluctuations, coordinate statutory audit items, and help strengthen scalable accounting processes and controls.
Requirements
- Knowledge of corporate accounting processes, close activities, accounts payable, and cash reconciliations
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting
- Familiarity with IFRS
- Experience in public accounting, audit, or corporate accounting
- Ability to track multiple international statutory audits
- Cross-functional communication skills
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with BlackLine, tax, or close management
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and adjustments with supporting documentation
- Support accounts payable and cash reconciliations
- Analyze and explain account fluctuations
- Complete close activities on time
- Establish repeatable global accounting processes
- Organize and track international statutory audit items
- Improve reconciliation analysis, audit support, documentation, and quality checks
- Strengthen accounting controls, processes, and documentation
