About the Role

You'll develop key enabling tools, streamline processes, and create actionable reporting throughout the revenue organization. Your work will center on data analysis, reporting, sales process optimization, and providing recommendations to the business on where to focus and drive impact. You'll partner closely with international sales leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and scale the revenue organization.

Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of experience working with an international revenue organization and playing a key role in driving productivity for Sales Operations
  • Operations professional with a passion for driving productivity, improving processes and using new technology to drive revenue at a high growth B2B SaaS company
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence, align and work with teams based in the US
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and fun environment
  • An ability to think strategically, act tactically and write effectively
  • A creative problem solver that identifies new and innovative ways to drive sales productivity
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with the B2B sales process and the tools it takes to succeed

Responsibilities

  • Optimize existing Sales Operations processes to ensure scalability and fit for the international revenue organization
  • Partner with international Sales leaders to provide productivity gains and execute the revenue strategy
  • Own the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, including creating and refining templates and prioritizing Asks of the Business
  • Evaluate, refine and identify areas of opportunity across the technology stack, processes and workflows to enhance productivity
  • Explore and implement new tools specific to international needs
  • Build international territories in partnership with on-the-ground leadership
  • Partner with Insights and BI teams to dive deep within data and ensure teams follow processes to collect the right data and insights
  • Create and support a regular cadence of business reporting needs and SFDC dashboards
  • Anticipate the needs of scaling the International Revenue organization and proactively deliver tools, processes, strategy and analytics
