About the Role
You will develop and refine robot behaviors for events, demonstrations, and deployments. You will write and maintain demonstration software, test and debug on hardware, support setup and rehearsals, troubleshoot live events, and help deliver reliable robot demonstrations.
Requirements
- Graduate student pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10-week internship
- Software engineering skills and Python proficiency
- Experience applying AI or machine learning
- Knowledge of robotics fundamentals, including control, kinematics, or motion planning
- Ability to work hands-on with hardware and iterate under tight timelines
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine robot behaviors for events, demonstrations, and deployments
- Write and maintain robot demonstration software, behavior sequencing, and control logic
- Test behaviors on hardware and debug issues in the lab and on site
- Support event setup, rehearsals, and live troubleshooting
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to deliver reliable demonstrations
