The protocol offers tokenized US Treasuries and investment products with daily yield distributions, while developing Ondo Chain, a Layer 1 blockchain optimized for real-world assets. Products include USDY for non-US investors and OUSG for qualified purchasers, supported by regulated custodians and audited smart contracts.

About the Role
You will serve as a technical point of contact for developers, exchanges, and wallet partners integrating with products. You will provide hands-on support for minting, redemption, and integration workflows; create documentation, tutorials, code samples, and FAQ guides; gather partner feedback; and collaborate with engineering, product, business development, and operations. You may represent the company at regional hackathons, conferences, and community events.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or a related Developer Relations or Developer Support role.
- Strong understanding of crypto infrastructure, including self-custodial wallets, exchanges, and API integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently across cultures and time zones.
- Technical proficiency to understand code, debug integration issues, and communicate with engineers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical point of contact for developers, exchanges, and wallet partners integrating with products.
- Provide hands-on support for minting, redemption, and integration workflows for tokenized stocks and RWAs.
- Create developer-facing documentation, tutorials, code samples, and FAQ guides.
- Grow the developer presence in the United States.
- Gather feedback from partners and developers and relay insights to product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, business development, and operations to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Represent the company at regional hackathons, conferences, and community events when needed.
