About the Role

You will lead technical engagements with customers and partners to define and design technical solutions that meet customer use cases and requirements. You will create and present detailed technical and business proposals, including solution architecture, use case descriptions, and deployment schedules. You will identify product functionality gaps and work with product management and engineering to address them, form technology and system integration partnerships, and build and present high-quality product demonstrations to technical and executive audiences. You will travel as needed and participate in calls and meetings during non-standard working hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or higher in Engineering or other technical discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with networking, industrial automation, or network security solutions
  • At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience
  • Senior technical field roles preferred
  • Hands-on technical knowledge and experience with networking solutions, industrial control systems, or cybersecurity solutions such as identity and access management
  • Deep understanding of IT and OT network communication protocols
  • Expertise in network segmentation and micro-segmentation
  • Proficiency in designing secure network architectures integrating IT and OT environments
  • Experience in designing scalable solutions
  • Proven success creating solutions and proposals that result in customer wins
  • Experience forming technology solutions and system integration partnerships in industrial verticals
  • Experience and understanding of operational requirements of utility, oil & gas, renewable energy, and/or transportation operators
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel based on business needs
  • Commitment to calls and meetings during non-standard working hours
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to build and present product demonstrations
  • High degree of self-motivation and flexibility
