About the Role
You will serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers across pre- and post-sales engagements. You will lead architecture and security reviews, support deployment and onboarding, diagnose integration issues, and translate customer requirements into actionable technical insights. You will help customers adopt secure, scalable cloud solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles
- Cloud infrastructure knowledge
- Networking knowledge
- Security knowledge
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of identity and access management
- Ability to diagnose infrastructure and integration challenges
- Communication skills
- Commercial judgment
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers during pre- and post-sales engagements

- Collaborate on security and compliance discussions
- Support enterprise deals with architectural guidance and technical validation
- Help customers evaluate deployment models, security controls, and integration approaches
- Guide customer onboarding, deployment, and early adoption
- Diagnose technical issues and coordinate resolution with engineering
- Represent customer needs and translate feedback into technical insights
- Help shape deployment patterns and technical documentation
