About the Role
You will serve as a primary post-sale technical advisor for enterprise customers. You will build prototypes and integrations using APIs, RAG workflows, MCP tools, and agent frameworks; onboard data sources; troubleshoot technical issues; train customer resources; and share product-improvement insights.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of Solutions Architect or related experience
- Software development experience in at least two of Python, Java, and Go
- Experience building AI-powered applications
- API and custom data-integration experience
- Familiarity with LangChain, vector databases, or Model Context Protocol
- Technical debugging experience
- Networking expertise
- Cloud technology experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Security and audit experience
- Experience in at least two relevant technical customer-delivery disciplines
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on architecture, design, and implementation
- Build prototypes, tools, and integrations with customers
- Onboard data sources and implement custom integrations
- Identify expansion opportunities for AI solutions
- Train customer technical resources
- Troubleshoot customer technical issues
- Drive product improvements with Product Management and Engineering
